Refund policy

Because we sell digital products that are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, and we do offer limited refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify, you must show that:

  • You were unable to access or download the product,
    or

  • The product did not work as described and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or used, it is generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

Damages, Access Issues, or Incorrect Files

If you receive the wrong product, encounter download problems, or experience technical issues, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Products that have already been downloaded or accessed

  • Sale or discounted digital products

  • Digital products where the customer changed their mind after purchase


Exchanges

Because digital products cannot be returned, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you received the wrong product or file, we will provide the correct one at no additional cost.


European Union 14-Day Digital Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, unless you have already accessed or downloaded the product.
By downloading or accessing the product, you acknowledge that your right to cancellation may be waived as permitted by EU law.


Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize and post the refund.
